Cancellation / Re-scheduling / Refund Information

A €100 booking deposit is required for all appointments.

Bookings will only be kept for 24hours without a booking deposit and are not guaranteed.

Deposits are taken via Credit card, Laser, Cash or cheque.

If the booking is cancelled or changed within 48hours of the session, a €50 fee will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled on the day or if there is a no show, the full booking deposit of €100 will be charged.

Minimum of 48 hours notice is required to move a session to another date or time.

10 working days notice are required for session cancellation. If less notice is given the full booking deposit of €100 will be charged.
